Use regularly night and one other time each day. Electric toothbrushes do the work for you. Place the bristles where gum and tooth meet and let the power do the work on that surface before moving onto the next tooth surface. Take your time… it isn’t fast, but it is thorough! Clean outside, inside and biting surface of each tooth. Use toothbrush dry, place a pea size blob of fluoride toothpaste on the bristles and spread around the teeth .Watch in a mirror to ensure bristles are in the correct position. Replace toothbrush head when bristles start to splay out. They no longer will brush effectively – usually every three months.
